Order Tracking
- After your order ships, an email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.
- Information in carrier tracking systems may update with a delay of 2-5 business days.
- Items from one order may be shipped in separate parcels for logistical reasons.
- In certain cases with free shipping, tracking functionality may be limited.

Returns & exchanges
Return/Exchange Conditions
- Timeframe: 21 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- You must contact Support at care@qreasan.com before shipping the item back.
- You will receive instructions and the correct return address for your country.
- Ship the item back according to the received instructions.
Return Processing Time
- Notification of return receipt: Sent after the item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected.
- Refund timeframe: Once the return is approved, funds will be credited to your original payment method within the timeframe set by the issuing bank (usually several days).
Warranty
- QREASAN guarantees the supply of exclusively genuine products from official distributors.
- All items have a valid expiration date and are supplied under the required storage conditions.
- Full refund if the order is not received within 75 days of shipment, except in cases attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address) or force majeure circumstances (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
- Full refund or partial compensation with the option to keep the item if the received product differs substantially from the description on the website.
